This programme is designed for anyone looking to optimise their energy, reduce & recover from stress and re-establish health & balance in their life.

Over the course of three months, we will work together to:

  • optimise your natural energy levels,

  • reduce physical stress,

  • support your body to recover from stress effectively,

  • build up your body’s resources, so you are better equipped to deal with future stressors,

  • improve your sense of wellbeing across foundational health pillars, and

  • re-establish balance in your life,

all through a series of simple - but transformative - lifestyle and nutrition shifts which work for YOU.

Looking for some support and direction to help you boost your natural energy and wellbeing, but not quite ready to commit to working together long term? This programme is for you.

​Over the course of two sessions, we will work together towards one key goal. We will identify patterns in your current lifestyle which may be holding you back, and work on replacing these with habits which are supportive of health, energy and stress management – giving you a well-needed boost towards your health goal.​

​If you're looking for ongoing support to help you stay on track & optimise your health even further following the end of a coaching programme, you can continue to work with me on a pay-as-you-go basis for £95 per session.
