1:1 Health Coaching Services

Imagine a life in which you wake up feeling rested, energised and ready for the day; you don’t rely on coffees or treats to ‘power’ you through your afternoon’s to-dos; you feel empowered to make lifestyle choices which serve and fulfil you; you feel balanced, calm and vibrant.

How does it work?

Once you’ve signed up to the programme, I will ask you to fill out a few forms so that I can gain an understanding of your health, lifestyle, symptoms and goals.

We will then find a convenient time for your Initial Consultation. In this meeting, we will discuss your health, lifestyle, symptoms and goals in some further detail. This ensures that I have all the information I need to support you, and you are in best position possible to achieve your goals. I will also deliver a short masterclass on ‘Energy & Stress’. This will improve your understanding of how lifestyle & nutrition choices impact our bodies, providing great context to the changes we will implement over the following months.  

Over the following 11 weeks, we will schedule six fortnightly coaching sessions, each focusing on a different foundational aspect of health.

At the beginning of each session*, I will deliver a short masterclass on the allocated topic – an important way to empower you in respect of your health. In the second part of each session, we will draw on this knowledge and apply it to YOU. With my support, you will decide which practices/habits you’d like to commit to for the following weeks, in order to move you closer to your goals.

*Session 6 will be client-led (i.e., you will decide the focus of this session), so there will be no masterclass; however, I will continue to provide my full support to you.

Following each coaching session, I will send you an updated version of your personalised Health Coaching Plan, including: details of your habits/goals, recipe suggestions and/or other tools and resources to support you.

Why THIS programme?

  • Masterclasses: This programme isn’t about me telling you what to do, and you blindly following. As a result of my six masterclasses, you will understand how certain lifestyle/nutrition habits might be impacting your energy, stress & overall wellbeing and why specific changes will be impactful. With this knowledge, you will be empowered to take control of your health – not only throughout our time working together, but for years to come.

  • Sustainable habits: I am a big believer that in order to have real impact, our lifestyle/nutrition practices must be sustainable. When setting your fortnightly goals, I will dedicate time for us to reflect on this, and provide you with support to ensure that they are as realistic, achievable and sustainable as possible.

  • Positive & inclusive health narrative: One of my core values is the importance of a positive and inclusive health narrative. I think it’s such a shame that ‘health’ is often associated with restriction & guilt…I don’t believe that ‘being healthy’ requires an ‘all or nothing’ approach, nor should it stop us living our lives to the fullest. Instead, I believe that health can be achieved via a number of different avenues; that we should focus on what we can add, establishing balance in our lives and prioritising what makes us feel strong & vibrant! So, if you’re concerned that a health coach might tell you to ‘only eat salads’, ‘give up coffee’ or ‘count calories’ – don’t worry, that’s not what I’m about!

  • Master the fundamentals: You’re tired & busy with little time to spare – I get it. That’s why this programme focuses on mastering the fundamentals of health. It won’t require any green powders or fancy health equipment; we will just focus on getting it right where it matters the most, in a way which is compatible with your life.

  • Personal story: With a background in corporate law, I have experienced chronic stress & low energy first-hand. I understand how impactful these symptoms can be and how difficult it can be to make time for yourself (let alone your health!). Fast-forward a few years - my lifestyle, nutrition & health have dramatically changed, and I feel SO much better for it. If you’re currently feeling stressed, overwhelmed and depleted of energy, I want you to know that I see you. You deserve to feel energised, calm and vibrant in your own body and there are things you can do to get there – my job is to provide you with the knowledge & support to make it that bit easier.
